How to convert OGG to WAV

What to expect from the WAV output

ConvertOGG creates 16-bit PCM WAV output. The file will normally be much larger than the OGG source because PCM stores decoded audio samples without Vorbis or Opus compression.

Decoding a lossy Ogg file to WAV does not restore information removed by the original encoder. It gives you an uncompressed working copy of the audio that remains after decoding.
